I almost never post reviews but I am logging back in for the first time in a very long time to sing the praises of Frank's water heaters. I discovered my water heater had stopped working at noon on a Sunday. We asked around and heard good things about Frank's and called. They came out the same day for an estimate, explained our options, and then sourced and installed our new water heater before the sun went down on a Sunday afternoon, including making modifications to the waterline and venting. Frank's was reasonably priced, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended! Adorable dog a bonus.

Trevor from Franks Water Heaters installed 2 toilets in our Cotati home.  He arrived when he said he was going to, so there was no waiting around.  He found a few issues when doing the installs and went above and beyond to fix those issues.  The whole process was effortless on my part. Going to keep him in my speed dial list for any future plumbing needs.

Frank's Water Heaters is straight-forward, honest and isn't going to sell you something you don't need.  We called Frank's Water Heaters because we thought we needed some plumbing work done, but when Trevor came out, he told us what we could do and what we needed to do which saved us from "over-fixing" something and saved us $$$$.  We really appreciate his honesty and integrity.  If we do have future issues with our water heater we will absolutely be calling Trevor @ Frank's Water Heaters :D  A#1 in our book.

Our water heaters thermocouple broke. Trevor came to our house on a Sunday and repaired the issue. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it very quickly. I would definitely use Frank's Water Heaters again and highly recommend their services.

I had purchased a new toilet at Lowe's and their installation services.  Trevor called and we set up an appointment for Tuesday.  I asked him if possible if he could come sooner, and yes he surprised me and came on Monday Memorial day for the install.  He was very professional, wore a facial mask & gloves.  The toilet was installed beautifully & I would definitely call on him directly in the future.

If you need work on a water heater, call Trevor.  He knows his stuff, he's easy to do business with and he met his commitments. There were plenty of screwups with Lowe's on my order for replacement water heater, delivery and install but once my order got into Trevor's hands, all was good.  He called Monday afternoon to get info about the broken water heater, arrived Tuesday at 12 noon and completed the install in less than three hours.  No problems, no concerns.  Call Frank's Water Heaters!  (FYI Frank is his beautiful dog...)
